 :: Otter AmberOtter4.0% ABV£2.60
Otter Amber
Amber is a golden amber beer in colour but the first thing that really zings out, is its lovely aroma - citrus and piney - quite powerful and spicy compared to Bitter and Ale. The taste is predominantly a balance of soft tropical fruit, spice and possibly a bit of ginger - you'll have to try it and be the judge of that. The after taste leaves a traditional bitterness. Definitely concluding that this is another 'moreish' beer in the Otter holt of beers.
 :: DoombarSharps4.0% ABV£2.40
Sharps - DoomBar
The aroma of Doom Bar is an accomplished balance of spicy resinous hop, inviting sweet malt and delicate roasted notes. The mouth feel is a perfectly balance and complex blend of succulent dried fruit, lightly roasted malty notes and a subtle yet assertive bitterness. The bitterness remains into the finish with dry fruity notes which implore the drinker to go back for more.

Exmoor-  Gold
Exmoor Gold is an appetising and enticing gold in colour. The nose is an interplay between a fresh bouquet of grassy and floral hop and a subtly soft, fluffy caramel-tinged maltiness. The palate sees more balance between gentle grainy maltiness and sprightly floral, citrusy fresh hop fruitiness. The finish is bittersweet with hints of citrus fruit weaving in and out. Try this with a Thai seafood stir-fry, where the delicate hop fruitiness and soft maltiness would add colour to the various spices, or also try with barbequed chicken marinated in honey.
