Old Spot and bank winners

BLOOMING MARVELLOUS...

Ric Sainty, licensee of the Old Spot Inn in May Lane, Dursley, receives the Dursley and Cam Society trophy for his display of multiple hanging baskets from committee member Tom Jones. The National Westminster Bank in Long Street won the small display section.

The competition was judged by Dursley and District Gardening Club members. It is hoped the competition, which brightens the town, will be held again next year when more businesses will enter.

This years' winners received a gardening voucher donated by Gerards Dry Cleaners.
