- 4.1% ABVBath Ales - Gem
An outstanding amber best bitter with a deep, long lasting bitter-sweet finish. It is a beer deliberately developed to allow the malt to power through but is balanced with a delicate lingering hop finish. Exceptional.
A rich aroma of hops and malt develops a full texture in the mouth. Bath Ale's most popular brew.
- 3.8% ABVDark Star - Hop Head
An extremely clean-tasting pale gold-coloured ale with a strong floral aroma and elderflower notes from the cascade hops. This beer is full-bodied despite its very quaffable strength and dryness.
- 4.5% ABVExmoor - Gold
The original "Single Malt" golden ale. Golden in colour with a malty aroma and flavour, a slight sweetness is complimented by its long hoppiness resulting in a remarkable well-rounded beer.
- 4.8% ABVHarviestoun - Schiehallion
The finest lager malt and Hersbrucker lager hops are fermented at a very low temperature with lager yeast then served 'on the yeast' at cellar temperature without filtering or extra fizz. This results in a true pilsner-style beer; dry, crisp, refreshing and wonderfully flavoursome, truly the peak of brewing perfection.
A genuine Bohemian-style lager beer, brewed with the beautiful floral Hersbrücker hops with added crispness from Challenger hops.
- 4.5% ABVUley - Old Ric
Copper in colour, this beer has a full flavoured, hoppy palate with some underlying fruit. The finish is smooth and wellbalanced and very refreshing.
- 4.0% ABVSharps - Doombar
The aroma of Doom Bar is an accomplished balance of spicy resinous hop, inviting sweet malt and delicate roasted notes. The mouth feel is a perfectly balance and complex blend of succulent dried fruit, lightly roasted malty notes and a subtle yet assertive bitterness. The bitterness remains into the finish with dry fruity notes which implore the drinker to go back for more.
- 5.0% ABVUley - Old Spot
A distinctive full-bodied, red-brown ale with a fruity aroma, a malty, fruity taste, with a hoppy bitterness, and a strong, balanced aftertaste.
- 5.0% ABVUley - Pigs Ear
CAMRA's Champion Beer of Gloucestershire 2007. Deceptively strong IPA that is eminently quaffable. A pale-coloured beer with a light hop balance leads to a hoppy, fruity aroma and smooth, finish. A wolf in sheep's clothing!
- 4.2% ABVWye Valley - Dorothy Goodbody Golden Ale
Nothing gives Dorothy more pleasure than the succulent aroma of the two finest English hop varieties, Goldings and Fuggles. She selected these and Maris Otter pale malt for her Golden Ale as they're naturally a winning combination. The result is a crisp and zesty beer that is as comfortable served on its own as it is alongside chicken dishes, salads and pasta.
- 3.4% ABVSevern Vale - Session
A low gravity beer with plenty of flavour, thanks to plenty of English Golding and Fuggles hops. Traditional brown colour. Beer for the sensible drinker, or those in for a long session!
