A well-balanced golden bitter, dry and malty on the palate.

An initial crisp floral flavour evolves into hop-influenced citrus flavour with a slightly sweet malt background. The finish has a wonderful hoppy bitterness.

A mid-brown bitter, brewed using Challenger hops to give a smooth, well-hopped, fruity aroma and a bitterness throughout.

The aroma of Doom Bar is an accomplished balance of spicy resinous hop, inviting sweet malt and delicate roasted notes.
- ABV 4.0%Orkney - Red MacGregor
The Red MacGregor is named after the brewery founder's association with the MacGregor clan. It is hoppy pleasantly bitter, red-coloured session beer with a smoothness that belies its' aggressive ancestors!

Red Cuillin is named after the mountain range on Skye, a reddish hued ale, slightly malty and nutty in character, smooth to taste. Made from Pale Ale malt, roast barley, Crystal malt, Challenger and Fuggles hops.

A golden bitter with a floral citric hop aroma. Has a hoppy predominate taste which is slightly sweet and fruity and leaves you wanting more.

The original "single malt" golden ale. Golden in colour with a malty aroma and flavour, a slight sweetness is complimented by its long hoppiness resulting in a remarkable well-rounded beer.

A copper-coloured beer with hops and fruit in the aroma and a malty, fruity taste.
- ABV 3.4%Brakspear - Bitter
A light amber-coloured ale with a light white foam. A light hoppy aroma with hints of malt. The full malty sweet rounded flavour is balanced by a powerful bitterness which provides a perfect contrast to the mature palate.

Hoppy and well-balanced without being too sweet.
- ABV 3.4%Severn Vale - Session
Traditional brown colour. Beer for the sensible drinker, or those in for a long session.
- ABV 4.0%Dartmoor - Dartmoor IPA
Hazy golden yellow, large white head, hops and citrus on the nose. Full-bodied, malty background and nice citrusy and bitter hops. A delicious bitter!
