Gravalax, Poached and Smoked Salmon
served with a warm Dill Butter Dressing

MELON AND LEMON SORBET SALAD
with a Peppered Strawberry Sauce
Served with all the trimmings.


Main Course

CONFIT OF OLD SPOT BELLY PORK
Served on a bed of Celeriac and bacon Mash with Roasted Shallots and a Vintage Port Glaze
