Dear Sir / Madam,
Please find below our Christmas menu for your consideration. A pre order and a £5 deposit will act as confirmation. Bookings are being taken for lunch and dinner between 4-35 people. Already bookings are coming in thick and fast so to avoid disappointment please book early. Should you have any questions or specific dietary requirements don't hesitate to get in touch. The Menu

Starters BABY AVOCADO AND SMOKED SALMON SALAD With a lime and dill dressing HOMEMADE SOUP OF THE DAY Served with crusty bread and butter CREAMY GARLIC MUSHROOMS Pan-fried with butter and herbs finished with cream WARM CHICKEN AND CRISPY BACON SALAD Presented on a bed of mixed leaves with a coarse grain mustard dressing SALAD NICOISE A medley of tuna, anchovies, green beans, egg, olives and tomato served on a bed of ettuce Main Courses ROAST ENGLISH BEEF Served with a Yorkshire pudding and roast gravy ROAST GLOUCESTERSHIRE TURKEY Served with all the trimmings TAGLIATELLE VERDE Served with a ragout of roast vegetables and grilled with goats cheese LOIN OF PORK Rolled with smoked bacon and served with roasted shallots and a Madeira jus BRAISED LAMB CHUMP Slow pot roasted lamb steak with root vegetables and a rich brown sauce SALMON AND RICOTTA PARCELS Lightly grilled pieces of salmon wrapped in filo pastry with ricotta cheese and spinach Desserts SELECTION OF LOCAL ICE CREAMS WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE CHRISTMAS PUDDING AND BRANDY SAUCE SOFT FRUIT AND CREME FRAICHE BAKE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES AND CUSTARD TRADITIONAL ENGLISH CHEESES COFFEE AND SWEETMEATS
